Lana Del Rey debuts her clip in support of Blue Jeans single

One week after promoting the cover art of her new single Blue Jeans, Lana Del Rey debuts the music video in support of her third single, a black-and-white clip which features the 'Video Games' songstress making out with a man into the swimming pool filled with alligators! Wearing only a white one-piece bathing suit - just like in her cover art, the songstress floats in the swimming pool and is soon joined by a tattooed male - the same one featuring in her Born to Die model Bradley Soileau.

Blue Jeans is taken from Del Rey's first major-label album Born to Die, album which actually debuted at No. 2 on Billboard Hot 200, selling 77,000 copies in its first week despite initially being labelled 'dull, dreary, hollow and emotionless' by some of her harshest critics. Aside from the newly-premiered clip which features her in the swimming pool, the single has also got a viral video which contains footage from Nirrimi Joy Firebrace's "tender hearted" film.

Garbage released new single in seven years 'Blood For Poppies'

Pop-rock band Garbage have release the first taste of thoeir upcoming album Not Your Kind Of People called "Blood For Poppies", a track which reminds the band's brilliant style!

"Blood For Poppies" has a hint of that old '90s grunge, but it's also upbeat and poppy enough that radio play shouldn't be a problem:
"I hit the fences,/ Think about you when I'm all alone/ I know you're tough,/ And I'll be gone for so long/ They deny my reason of you inside my head/ So all these pictures of us were and readied/ Watch the clouds/ And I'm falling falling through the cracks/ And beats, and the heart is pounding/ Blast off the ground, and to the story/ Darken to your arms, I'm falling falling/ Ooh ooh oohh, Falling oo-oo-ooh.... I don't know why they're calling on the radio / They know I'm here just out of sight." They could be your kind of people!

The album hits the shelves in the US on May 5th, and will be released on the band's label STUNVOLUME. "The new album is a bit like our earlier stuff," the band members say of their first new release in seven years! "There's the same kind of adventurism we took with the first stuff."
